Homeplate Heroes Return Policy
We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with Homeplate Heroes.
We will accept returns if they comply with Homeplate Heroes Return Policy.
* All of our Display Cases come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If not completely satisfied, returns will be accepted within 5 business days upon receiving the item *

* The return shipping is at the buyer's expense. The buyer must return ship the Display Case using the same shipping method/carrier that was used in the original shipment

we will inspect the Display Case within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that the Display Case is in
like new condition and was returned in the original packaging *

to inform them the inspection was completed and the findings. The customer will receive
a refund through Pay Pal for the original purchase amount minus the original shipping charge.
The customer must provide us with a valid Pay Pal account address for the refund
* If the customer refuses the shipment and the Display Case is returned
to Homeplate Heroes we will consider this a return. A refund will be made of the original purchase amount minus the original shipping charge plus the return shipping price that

Homeplate Heroes Shipping Policy
First and foremost, we do everything within our power to ensure
that your display case arrives in the same pristine condition as when it left us.
Many of our customers have taken the time to contact us to
compliment us with our packing of their display case.
* UPS Ground and Lynden Freight are our primary shippers. Lynden Freight is used on large orders that exceed UPS weight/dimension requirements for standard ground. Please note that when Lynden Freight is used, they will call you to make arrangements for delivery *
* Homeplate Heroes does reserve the right to change shipping companies without prior notification. Shipping carriers are selected on the most efficient delivery to our customer *
* Shipping mishaps occur from time to time. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival to make sure there is not any breakage. To resolve any issues with the shipping carrier we must be notified within 3 days of receiving product *
* Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes *
* We ship to Continental USA only *
* In most cases, we will provide you with a tracking number
so you can monitor the shipment of your package *
* We do everything we can to keep your shipping charges to a minimum.
There is no charge for our handling of the display case (labor, packing materials, etc).
