Homeplate Heroes Return Policy
We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with Homeplate Heroes. We will accept returns if they comply with Homeplate Heroes Return Policy.
* All of our Display Cases come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If not completely satisfied, returns will be accepted within 5 business days upon receiving the item *
* Customer is to e- mail Homeplate Heroes at homeplateheroes@comcast.net alerting them of your intentions of a return. E- mail must include 1) customer name 2) customer's complete address 3) customer's phone number 4) customer's e- mail address 5) transaction ID number 6) Description of the product being return 7) Payment amount *
* The Display Case must be re- packed and returned in all the original packaging (this includes the box or wooden crate it was originally shipped in) and in like new condition *
* The return shipping is at the buyer's expense. The buyer must return ship the Display Case using the same shipping method/carrier that was used in the original shipment (ie: UPS Ground, Lynden Trucking, etc) *
* The buyer will have 2 business days after initial e- mail contact with Homeplate Heroes to ship return item *
* The buyer must provide Homeplate Heroes with a valid tracking number via e- mail to homeplateheroes@comcast.net the same day the return item shipped. We are not responsible for lost return shipments and will not authorize a refund for items that are not returned to us *
* Once Homeplate Heroes has received the return item, we will inspect the Display Case within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that the Display Case is in like new condition and was returned in the original packaging *
* Homeplate Heroes will contact the customer at the e- mail address provided to inform them the inspection was completed and the findings (approval or rejection). If the customer is approved, the customer will receive a refund through original payment form for the original purchase amount minus the original shipping charge. This refund process can take up to ten (10) business days to complete. If the customer has not received the refund once ten (10) business days has past email homeplateheroes@comcast.net to alert them of the situation. Homeplate Heroes will investigate and contact the customer of their findings *
* If the customer refuses the shipment and the Display Case is returned to Homeplate Heroes we will consider this a return. A refund will be made of the original purchase amount minus the original shipping charge plus the return shipping price that Homeplate Heroes will be charged by the shipping company *
