Homeplate Heroes Shipping Policy

First and foremost, we do everything within our power to ensure that your display case arrives in the same pristine condition as when it left us. Many of our customers have taken the time to contact us to compliment us with our packing of their display case.

* UPS Ground and Lynden Trucking are our primary shippers.
Lynden Trucking is used on large orders that exceed UPS weight/dimension requirements for standard ground. Please note that when Lynden Trucking is used, they will call you to make arrangements for delivery

Homeplate Heroes reserves the right to change shipping companies without prior notification. Shipping carriers are selected on the most efficient delivery to our customer *

* Shipping mishaps occur from time to time. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival to make sure there is not any breakage. To resolve any issues with the shipping carrier we must be notified within 3 days of receiving product *
 
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes *

* We ship to Continental USA only *

* We are required to charge sales tax when shipping to Washington state *

* In most cases, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment of your package. Tracking information is sent to a valid e-mail address which you can provide during checkout 

* We do everything we can to keep your shipping charges to a minimum. There is no charge for our handling of the display case (labor, packing materials, etc). This allows us to give you the lowest shipping rates possible *
